Først spilt inn i 1982 med Rod Stewart for filmen "Night Shift", men den er bedre kjent med Dionne Warwick, Elton John, Gladys Knight, and Stevie Wonder fra 1985 som et bidrag i kampen mot Aids. Det ble en stor hit og var nr 1 i USA i 1986 og fikk en Grammy samme år. Sangen fikk inn over 3 mill USD til saken.
